How to Report a Security Issue


Customers of Advarra’s products and services should escalate any security matters to their Customer Support representative.

For any other party, if you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, we would like to work with you to investigate it. The Advarra Security team investigates all reasonable reports of security vulnerabilities affecting our products and services. Please submit the report to securitycentral@advarra.com.
