Advarra Single Sign-On (SSO)

We’re excited to share that Advarra Single Sign-On (SSO) for user authentication allows users to access all SSO-enabled Advarra products in one place using just one set of credentials. This means that as Advarra applications and resources are SSO-enabled, end users will access these Advarra products through the Advarra One homepage with just one login.
Getting Started
After logging in with Advarra SSO, users will see the Advarra One homepage containing tiles for their SSO-enabled Advarra products. They can then select a product tile to access an application.
Products currently enabled with Advarra SSO are OnCore, Advarra Analytics, and Advarra Study Collaboration. Advarra eClinical applications (eReg + eConsent, eSource + EDC, and EVAL) will be SSO-enabled in 2025.
The resources below will help ensure you’re prepared for the transition to Advarra SSO.
SAML Setup
If your organization does not have a direct authentication connection (SAML) already set up for Advarra SSO, please fill out and submit the form below. An Advarra representative will then reach out to coordinate setting up SAML for Advarra SSO. Be sure to include the name and contact information of the IdP technical resource at your organization.
