What types of calendars can I order?
There are no restrictions on the types of calendars you can request. This includes all disciplines supported by OnCore, such as oncology, cardiology, and psychiatry. Advarra will build each calendar according to our standard set of guidelines and will also include any necessary guidelines specific to your institution.
Is my CTMS integrated?
OnCore from Advarra currently supports calendar imports. If you use a different system, please talk to us about the ability to directly build into your system.
Who will have access to my site's calendar information?
As part of the calendar-build process, you will share protocol documents with Advarra. We take precautions to ensure confidentiality of any information shared. Calendars are only available to sites participating in the protocol. In the instance where the requested calendar is already built, we still require a copy of the protocol documents to demonstrate the authorized access to the protocol details.
