Winter Holiday Schedule

Due to the upcoming winter holidays, some timelines and Review Services meeting dates have been modified.

Advarra’s offices will be closed Friday, December 24, through Friday, December 31, with the exception of our Rochester, New York office (formerly Bio-Optronics) and Bangalore, India office. The Bangalore office will be closed on Friday, December 31.

During this time, the IRB, IBC, DMC, and EAC will not meet. The Friday Canada IRB/REB meeting is moved to Thursday, December 23.

As always, our Technology Solutions System Administration team will be available 24/7 by phone to address any critical “system-down” support. If you have a non-critical support-related inquiry, please submit a support ticket, and your request will be triaged and responded to beginning Monday, January 3.
