Advarra Ranks on Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies

COLUMBIA, MD – Advarra, the market leader in regulatory review solutions and clinical research technology for sites and sponsors, today announced its inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list for 2024. Advarra is among the top 500 software companies and the only Institutional Review Board (IRB) services company to make the Inc. 5000 list. The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies in the private sector.

“This achievement reflects our team’s passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to advancing clinical research. Advarra’s growth is a direct result of our success in working closely with our customers to provide innovative solutions for all stakeholders – sites, sponsors, and CROs. We are on a mission to reimagine clinical research experience and to increase efficiency without compromising the compliance of clinical trials,” said Gadi Saarony, CEO of Advarra. “We are honored to be recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of 2024’s fastest-growing private companies in America.”

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Among this year’s top 5000 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate is 1,637 percent. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” says Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from health care and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”

Advarra leads the market in research review services, site and sponsor technology, and clinical trial experience software, and is trusted by the top 50 global biopharma sponsors, top 20 CROs, and 50,000 site investigators worldwide. By working with all stakeholders, Advarra oversees 12,000+ open protocols annually. Their integrated solutions, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) services, site and sponsor technology, and consulting services, are essential for supporting clinical trials and ensuring regulatory compliance.
