eTools System Becomes eTools Archive October 2018
Advarra has successfully migrated all ongoing studies to the Advarra Center for IRB Intelligence (CIRBI) Platform. Effective October 26, 2018, clients will have continued access to documentation for closed studies via the eTools Archive through the applicable retention period (3 years from study termination).
The eTools Archive uses a familiar interface with simplified functionality, letting users retrieve documentation for studies previously overseen by Schulman IRB. Advarra did not migrate closed studies to the Advarra CIRBI Platform as no additional submission or review activities are necessary for these inactive projects.
IRB submissions for new or ongoing studies should be submitted via the Advarra CIRBI Platform. Clients who do not yet have CIRBI accounts can register here.
For questions regarding a specific study’s migration to the Advarra CIRBI Platform, please contact Business Development. For technical questions regarding the Advarra CIRBI Platform or the eTools Archive, please contact CIRBI Support.
