U.S. Benefit Highlights
As a benefits-eligible U.S.-employee*, you’re entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including, but not limited to:
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- PTO based on years of service, increase after one year of employment

Time Off / Leaves

Medical Plans
We offer individual and family plans for medical effective on your first day of employment.
- Medical coverage: policy covers hospitalization expenses for employee, spouse, up to two children and up to two parents of employee (does not cover stepparents), up to the limit of INR 500,000 (employee will contribute premium of 25% only for parents, if covered)
Pension (EPF) Plan Overview

Ireland Benefit Highlights
As a benefits-eligible Ireland employee*, you’re entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including, but not limited to:
Annual Leave
- Annual leave of 20 days per year and with an annual increases to a maximum of 25 days
- Statutory bank holidays with additional paid leave between the Christmas Day and New Years’ Day holidays
Medical Insurance
We offer individual and family plans you are eligible for on your first day of employment. Advarra covers 100% cost for employee and offers 50% for partners and children up to the age of 21 in full-time education. (Benefit In Kind is applicable)
The benefit plan includes the following features:

Pension Plan
- Employees are eligible to participate in the pension plan after they complete their six months’ probation
